ShiftProfit ("the App") is developed and operated by ShiftProfit LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. By using ShiftProfit, you agree to the terms described below.

Information We Collect

ShiftProfit is designed to store your data locally on your own device. We do not operate servers that collect, transmit, or store your personal information. Specifically, the App may store the following information locally on your device only:

• A PIN code and security question/answer you create, used to lock access to the App
• Shift records you enter, including platform names, timestamps, mileage, base pay, tips, and notes
• Expense information you enter, including fuel costs, monthly costs, and cost-per-mile figures
• Receipt photos you choose to attach, stored only on your device
• Oil change reminder settings and odometer readings you enter

None of the information above is transmitted to us, sold, or shared with third parties. It exists only on your device, under your control.

Subscription Information

If you purchase a ShiftProfit Pro subscription, the transaction is processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed using RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service. RevenueCat may receive limited technical information necessary to verify and manage your subscription (such as a device identifier and purchase/entitlement status). RevenueCat does not receive your shift data, PIN, security question, notes, or receipt photos. You can review RevenueCat's own privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Camera and Photo Access

ShiftProfit may request access to your device's camera or photo library solely to let you attach a receipt photo to an expense entry. Photos you choose to attach are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded anywhere by the App.

Data Deletion

Because all App data is stored locally on your device, you can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual shifts from the History screen, or
• Uninstalling the App, which permanently removes all locally stored data

Children's Privacy

ShiftProfit is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
